Open Positions
ASSISTANT MANAGER
​
The candidate will have a fun and outgoing personality and has experience working and managing employees in a coffee shop/retail space. The ideal candidate will also be flexible in their availability and willing to work early mornings and weekends. Some sort of management or leadership experience is required. Duties will include: Providing customers with exceptional service, tracking and ordering inventory, payroll, hiring employees, monitoring employee progress and performance, at times may be needed to work the sales floor and cash register. This is not an exhaustive list of duties.
Pay: $15.00 /hr

BARISTAS
​
The candidate will have a fun and outgoing personality and has experience working with customers in a coffee shop/retail space. The ideal candidate will also be flexible in their availability and willing to work early mornings and weekends. Experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate. Duties will include: providing customers exceptional service, making coffee and other drinks, stocking and restocking of shelves in food and retail spaces, light cleaning, and working the cash register. This is not an exhaustive list of duties.
Pay: $12.00/hr
Training Wage - $8.75/hr during the first 30 days of employment
